*Mid-Term Exam Schedule

December 14th

1st period: Mid-Term- 7:55-9:55

2nd period: Mid-Term- 10:00-12:00- Students can check out from this period at 12:00, no earlier. Students must have a note from parents. Students will not be allowed to go to the front office to make a phone call. Students that do not check out will report to the cafeteria at 12:00 and remain until 1:00. Students will follow their regular schedule after lunch.

December 15th

3rd period: Mid-Term- 7:55-9:55

4th period: Mid-Term- 10:00-12:00- Students can check out from this period at 12:00, no earlier. Students must have a note from parents. Students will not be allowed to go to the front office to make a phone call. Students that do not check out will report to the cafeteria at 12:00 and remain until 1:00. Students will follow their regular schedule after lunch.

December 18th

5th period: Mid-Term- 7:55-9:55

6th period: Mid-Term- 10:00-12:00- Students can check out from this period at 12:00, no earlier. Students must have a note from parents. Students will not be allowed to go to the front office to make a phone call. Students that do not check out will report to the cafeteria at 12:00 and remain until 1:00. Students will follow their regular schedule after lunch.

December 19th

7th period: Mid-Term- 7:55-9:55- Students can check out from this period. Students must have a note from parents. Students will not be allowed to go to the front office to make a phone call. Students will report to 3rd period at 10:00 a.m. and then to 4th period at the regular time. All students will remain in their 5th period class until 12:00 p.m. At 12:00, students will report to the cafeteria and remain until 1:00 p.m. Students will resume to their regular schedule after lunch.

 

·         Mid-term exams count 25% of the first semester grade.

·         If students owe classwork, projects, or need to make up a quiz/test in any class, they will not be allowed to check out at all throughout the exam week. If students are taking an on-line/credit recovery course, they must be at the completion percentage in order to check out.

·         Students can check out after their first exam if they do not have a second exam on that day. Also, if a student does not have the first exam of the day, they may check in for the second exam and then check out once the second exam time period is over. Students that do not have a first exam of the day and arrive early before their second exam begins will wait in the cafeteria until the second exam.

·         Students that miss an exam will have make-up opportunities on December 19th and 20th. Students should make arrangements with their teacher.
